ROOKIE LIFEGUARD & LIFESAVING ACADEMY

WELLNESS POLICY

If a swimmer is unwell or unable to swim because of injury or illness for two weeks or more, talk to us, we may be able to give you a payment break until they are able to swim again. 

HOLIDAY POLICY

If you have chosen to go away on holiday a refund will not usually be given, for holidays longer than two weeks, talk to us, we may be able to give you a payment break until your return.

STAFF ABSENCE

A Qualified Lifeguard must be present on the poolside at all times: if a Lifeguard is absent, for your safety, no-one will be permitted to enter the pool and the lessons will be cancelled.

If a Teacher is absent, another suitably Qualified Teacher will be asked to teach the lesson in their place. Where this hasn't possible, we reserve the right to cancel lessons without a refund.

REMINDER

If more than two week are cancelled by us, we will refund the paid sessions using the average prices above.

If you have chosen to leave us, please take the time to give us feedback using the chat button, if there is anything we can do improve our service this will benefit our other customers. We ask that you give one month notice, however if you give notice before the 15th of the month you will not be charged the following months payment.
